How much will it cost to have my house cleaned?
To get a general idea of the cost for weekly or biweekly recurring house cleaning with Crystal Clean in Arvada, use our easy flat rate per room method. With a flat rate of $15/weekly or $17/biweekly per room, this simplified approach offers a clear and manageable way to estimate the expense of maintaining a consistently clean home.
Step 1. Defining the Rooms: Each distinct room is considered a separate entity for estimation purposes. Entryways, hallways, stairways, powder rooms and laundry areas each count as one room, streamlining the calculation. This also balances out smaller rooms with larger rooms. For spaces with an open layout, such as great rooms that encompass a kitchen, dining, and family room, a practical approach is to count the entire area as three rooms.
Step 2. Determine Frequency: The $15 per room rate applies to each room and designated area based on a weekly cleaning frequency. The $17 per room rate is for every other week, or biweekly house cleaning.Step 3: Calculate the Rate:
Multiply the total number of rooms by $15 for weekly cleaning, and $17 for biweekly cleaning.
Example:
Let's break down the estimation for a 2600 square foot home with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, family room, kitchen, dining room, laundry, hallway, and stairway using the weekly $15 per room rate:
13 Rooms x $15 =$195 per weekly visit. In our example, a 2600 square foot home with a total of 13 rooms, the estimated weekly cleaning cost using this system would be approximately $195. Biweekly house cleaning would be a bit more, about $220 at $17 per room (the first time cleaning is about $20 per room or $260).
Keep in mind that these are example figures, and the actual breakdown may vary based on each individual home.
